30-day returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Condition

• The device must be unused and in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
• For hygiene reasons, devices that show signs of use on skin cannot be resold and are not eligible for a return — if your device arrived defective, please see our Warranty instead.

How to start a return

Email info@aalglobalsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service — we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
