Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes served only by air, or international addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. There are no handling fees.

Processing time

Orders ship from our facility in Novi, Michigan within 3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Delivery time

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at info@aalglobalsolutions.com as soon as possible — once a package has shipped we generally cannot reroute it, and packages returned as undeliverable may incur a reshipping fee.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is included in the listed price — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
