1-year limited warranty

AAL Global Solutions, LLC provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal cosmetic use.

What is not covered

• Misuse, accidents, drops, or water damage beyond normal use
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear, including battery capacity reduction over time and cosmetic wear of probe heads
• Damage caused by using chargers or accessories not included with the device

How to make a warranty claim

Email info@aalglobalsolutions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem. We will respond within 2 business days.

Remedy

For verified warranty claims, we will at our discretion repair the device, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or refund the purchase price. Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

The SkinDr600 is intended for cosmetic use only and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the user manual — damage resulting from use contrary to the manual is not covered.
